These Terms of Service govern access to Solonube, a business page, marketplace, and advertising service operated by Solo LLC. By creating an account or using Solonube, you agree to these terms.

Services

Solonube lets businesses publish public pages, organize listings, upload permitted media, and purchase advertising placements. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership rights of content you publish.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and avoid unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or harmful content. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users, businesses, or the platform.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans and advertising accounts are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Paid capabilities require an active subscription or paid-through entitlement. Payment methods, invoices, and cancellations are managed through Stripe-hosted checkout and customer portal flows.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription from your account billing screen. Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; contact support@solonube.com for billing help.

Advertising

Advertising accounts are separate from public business page accounts. Ads may be reviewed, limited, paused, or removed if billing is inactive or if the ad violates these terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation

Solonube is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Solo LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
